Incredible mountain views during the snowfall.

Staying at Alpenhof was overly disappointing. The noise levels were utterly intolerable, especially coming from the kitchen area, which kept me awake at all hours. Additionally, the staff's indifference at breakfast was frustrating, as I had to wait far too long for a simple request. They didn't seem to care about providing a pleasant dining experience.

the overall experience at this hotel was quite underwhelming. my room had thin walls and the noise was absolutely unbearable, especially when the kitchen staff started banging around all morning. i expected a room upgrade for my troubles but was met with eye rolls instead. breakfast could definitely use some flair. just couldn’t give this place a good review.
